Adhesive types: Urea or PVAC-based

This machine enables the cross splicing of veneer sheets using adhesive (PVAC or Urea). The veneer sheets need to be pre-glued. The machine guarantees excellent joints for all types of veneer. Gluing is performed by a system of hydraulic cylinders with horizontal pressure, enabling tight joints of the veneer sheets over the entire length without gaps. The heavy-duty and robust construction of the machine ensures a long service life and reliable operation. The machine is easy and intuitive to operate, thanks to a clearly structured control panel. Separate pressure gauges allow the operator direct access to the pressures of the heating plates, horizontal press system, etc., as well as short setup times. The upper beam of the machine can be raised to provide easy and quick access to the heating plates for cleaning and maintenance.
