Fine-grain steel welded construction with replaceable 2" kingpin saddle plate; slightly sloped outer frame with 'Load-Lock profile' for securing straps, 24 t. 2-speed landing gear, single-side operation, with straight lower section, without push compensation. Note: Free support foot corner dimension or free rear swing clearance approx. 1,930 mm without supports. Extendable ladder at rear, side-mounted door retainers, pallet box for 32 Euro pallets (long version), ground clearance approx. 300 mm. Rear underrun protection, 'blocker' transverse galvanized steel angle for forklift protection and to protect door hinges. Pallet stop on both sides approx. 15–20 mm high, bolted design; load height reduced by approx. 15–20 mm.

Axles & Suspension:
SAF disc brake axles with 430 mm disc diameter; axles/chassis laser-aligned to reduce tire wear and fuel consumption; air suspension, without lift axle.

Brake System:
2-line compressed air brake system, color-coded piping for easy maintenance. Spring-loaded parking brake. 2 non-interchangeable coupling heads at the front, no connecting line. EBS by Haldex, electronic braking system with EBS socket at the front, no connection cable, with raise & lower valve.
Vehicle stability system, brake pad wear indicator via EBS CAN bus signal (for display in cab; truck must be pre-equipped), axle load sensing via EBS CAN bus signal (for display in cab; truck must be pre-equipped), no truck installation (no certified scale).
TPMS tire pressure monitoring system by Haldex via EBS, without truck installation (prerequisite must be met in the truck).

Electrics:
24 Volt, LED multi-chamber lights with resistance, yellow LED side marker lights, LED license plate light. 2 white front position lights, 2 white/red contour lights at rear, 1x 15-pin socket at front, no connecting cable. Additional LED work lamp at rear, switched via reverse light.

Floor:
Phenolic-coated plywood floor, approx. 30 mm thick, on longitudinal crossmembers for high point load capacity—forklift axle load up to max. 7,100 kg.

Front Bulkhead / Corner Posts:
2,580 mm high, steel corner posts in volume version, release mechanism for side curtain on bulkhead.

'Crash Blocker' bumper, inside bottom at approx. 140 mm height, steel underrun guard.

Intermediate Stakes:
2 pairs of sliding stakes, movable the entire length, with 4-insertion sockets per pair and a long lower pocket. 2 pairs of stake positions.

Insert Slats:
5 rows of aluminium V-insert slats.

Rear Wall / Corner Posts:
Steel rear corner posts up to the bottom of the roof; curtain mounting via round tube and tensioning ratchet.

Rear Portal Doors:
2-leaf, each with 2 internal rotary bar locks.

Curtain:
With welded horizontal and vertical belts, tension locks made of stainless steel.

Roof:
Sliding roof, rear up-lift foldable, sliding from rear to front. 'L roof rail'—automotive-industry specification, internal width between roof rails approx. 2,490 mm. Curtain color: white. Non-elastic roof, minimal deflection of roof rail when loading/unloading. Anti-ice system with 1 central hose, automatic forced ventilation via brake light; optimal rain gutter at the top of the rear hoop, above the doors.
