Air suspension
First axle: automatic lift axle, including forced lowering and start-assist, activated by 'braking 3 times' (start-assist functional up to an axle overload of 30% and up to a max. speed of 25 km/h).
"Hot-dip galvanized lift axle mechanism" 10-year warranty against rust-through.

Hydraulics
High-pressure cylinder, max. 250 bar; smallest stage hard-chromed, with HDK screw coupling, fixed part, nominal width 48 mm (without hose);
taken from the specified vehicle.
Operated hydraulically via truck PTO.
Hydraulic connection with hose and HDK screw connector, NW = 48 mm, with knurled nut.

Tipping body
Aluminium box-type tipping body made from premium, abrasion-resistant material. Inclined front wall, 5 mm thick, with exterior cylinder attachment. Side walls made from 30 mm hollow chamber profiles, neatly welded, with top edge profile designed to prevent bulk material spill-over. Internal access step on front wall (not in conjunction with Cramaro cover). External shovel and broom holder on the front wall.
Greenline—tapered and aerodynamic body design.
"Membrane" rear wall.
Rear wall as a pendulum tailgate with double-joint hinge, externally mounted and dual hook locking. Rear wall with rubber gasket; note: heat resistant up to max. 170°C.
Floor plate continuously 6 mm thick.
Standing platform with access ladder, connection plate for air/electric/brake with generous space for optimal operability.
