Fine-grain steel welded lightweight construction, fifth wheel plate with replaceable 2" kingpin, coil well approx. 8,040 mm long, 6 coil supports (coil pockets internal dimension 82 x 52 mm), coil cover with phenolic plywood and steel cross-members, 2 slit strip covers for coil well, each approx. 293 mm wide, own weight approx. 13 kg per cover, outer frame slightly slanted with "load-lock profile" for lashing strap attachment. Note: To attach the lashing straps in combination with sideboards, the sideboards must be opened first! 9 pairs of recessed lashing rings, each with a capacity of 5 tons in the area of the coil well, 24 tons two-speed landing gear, single-sided operation, with straight base, without push balance. Note: Free landing gear foot spacing or free rearward swivel radius approx. 1930 mm without landing gear. Pull-out ladder at the rear, door holder on the side, 2 wheel chocks with holders, aluminum side underrun protection, bracket crosswise to longitudinal beam and fixed to the longitudinal beam for supporting aluminum slats, aluminum rear underrun protection, half-shell mudguards, with EC-compliant anti-spray mud flaps, rear impact protection, 1 plastic toolbox, 2 pairs of stake pockets recessed in outer frame, approx. 72 x 42 mm internal, positioned at 1 and 2 according to old Fliegl stake pocket datasheet, as with AU 19219. 2 additional stake pockets recessed centrally in the floor, approx. 72 x 42 mm internal, positioned at 1 and 2 as per old Fliegl stake pocket datasheet, as with AU 192198. Note: Stake pockets/insertion stakes are not designed for sole load securing of long materials, pipes, etc., without lashing.

Axles & Suspension
SAF disc brake axles with 430 mm disc diameter, "axle/chassis laser measured" to reduce tire wear and fuel consumption, offset axle spacing 1410/1310 mm (combined transport) up to 44-ton total towing weight, air suspension, no lift axle.
