For a 10,000 kg axle load, a special permit is required. The permit must be applied for separately in each federal state; legislation does not guarantee approval for 20 t gross vehicle weight. Customer risk.
The stated gross weight is technically feasible; depending on the cargo, the gross weight might not be achievable while respecting permissible axle, support, and kingpin loads. (Poor driving and trailing characteristics may result from improper load distribution)
