Axles & Suspension
BPW drum brake axles, each with 10 t axle load, slack adjuster. Axles with continuous brake test up to 105 km/h, rear axle manually removable. By releasing the air lock and lowering the rear section to the ground. Then disconnect the hoses from the rear section, insert the transport bar into one of the rear sockets and, by gently pressing down at the rear, simultaneously pull back to disengage the rear (parking brake released). After loading or unloading, move the rear section back and hook it in up to the marked position. Then raise the rear section to driving height and reconnect the hoses. Confirm bolt locking (visual check to confirm the bolts have engaged) and check the rear function.

Attention: The trailer must only be towed by vehicles that ensure the proper functioning of ABS!

24 Volt, multi-chamber lights, side yellow LED lighting, 2 white position lights at the front, 2 white/red track marker lights at the rear, revolving beacon with holder, controlled via parking light (beacon removable), 2 pairs of warning panels double LED illuminated and extendable to 3,300 mm, removable with plug, 2 x 7-pin fail-safe connectors at the front with connection cables, 1 x 7-pin agricultural connector, voltage converter 12/24 Volt (for electrics only, not for ABS/EBS)
Floor
Steel/chequer plate floor on the curvature, between longitudinal and cross beams with perforated sheet cover. Axle covers not drive-over capable, widening possible to 3,000 or 3,300 mm.
Operating instructions
Note: For 10,000 kg axle load, special approval is required. The permit must be applied for individually in each federal state; there is no guarantee from the legislator for 20t GVW. Customer risk.
Special approval required if overall towing length exceeds 18,750 mm. Observe country-specific registration regulations.
The specified gross weight is technically feasible; depending on the load, the gross weight may not be achievable while observing the permissible axle, support, and kingpin loads.
