The new Format4 findustry wide belt sanders excel in industrial applications, particularly due to their individually configurable aggregate assemblies. Tailored precisely to specific applications and areas of use, the machine can be equipped with two, three, or four sanding units. This high degree of customization ensures that all requirements concerning surface quality and processing efficiency are met.

Maximum operating comfort for industrial use

The clearly structured touchscreen control unit is intuitive to operate. All machine functions are displayed graphically and clearly on the digital display. The infeed height can be set to a tenth of a millimeter directly from the control panel at the push of a button. Automatic thickness measurement simplifies machine setup for the desired workpiece thickness. The workpiece can be measured without additional measuring devices, and the thickness value is then transmitted 'wirelessly' to the machine. The fixed infeed table height of 900 mm ensures easy, fatigue-free operation, while a vacuum table, roller table extensions on the infeed and outfeed sides, and optional pressure shoes on the sanding units provide optimal comfort and ideal processing conditions for workpieces in any format.
