The new profil 92 M e-motion spindle moulder is the Format4 premium model for maximum operating convenience and guarantees absolute efficiency due to exceptionally short setup times during milling operations. The highly advanced electro-spindle features an HSK 63F interface for a tool quick-change system with pneumatic clamping. The swivelling range of ±46° offers virtually limitless processing versatility. Using the self-explanatory e-motion control system on the 15” touchscreen control panel, speed, spindle height and angle, as well as the fence and even the table opening, can be set intuitively and precisely. The memory slots for tools, spindles, and milling programs ensure perfect repeat accuracy and the shortest setup times.

Controlled, eccentric insert rings provide maximum table support area and significantly reduce adjustment effort, especially when tilting the spindle. The newly developed, heavy-duty precision milling fence features two controlled axes for precise depth adjustment of the entire fence, as well as an additional, independent depth positioning for the infeed (right-hand) jaw. For convenient access during curved milling operations, the fence can also be completely swung out of the working area. Optionally, the Format4 profil 92 M e-motion can also be equipped with an electrically height-adjustable power feeder.
