A complete cross-cutting line (coil line) for sheet metal processing, specifically for coils, is available. Product specifications: Material: stainless strip steel; max. strength at 2 mm thickness: approx. 70 kp/mm²; max. elongation at 70 kp/mm²: 50%; strip width range: 100 mm – 500 mm; strip thickness range: 0.3 mm – 2.5 mm; sheet lengths: 250 mm / 1,000 mm / 4,000 mm / 10,000 mm; strip speed range: 7.5 m – 30 m/min; hydraulic operating pressure: approx. 80 bar; pneumatic operating pressure: approx. 4 bar. Sheet length control: over 250 mm – feed and shear adjustment, over 1,000 mm – with mechanical skip operation, over 4,000 mm – with electric on/off operation.
