Complete in standard configuration including:
- Stable, torsion-free frame made of steel, in welded and bolted construction
- Lateral pressure beam with continuous pressure surface, featuring a 25 mm thick, coated support plate
- Counterpressure surfaces (side pressure wall, base) are made of 25 mm thick, coated, continuous support plates
- Electromotor-driven adjustment of the pressure beam via precision trapezoidal threaded spindles (with increased pitch and concentricity accuracy) and high-performance travelling nuts with grease reservoir
- Pressing action is electromotor-driven via a worm gear motor (0.75 kW)
- The pressing force of the pressure beam is infinitely electronically adjustable by potentiometer and regulated via frequency inverter, making the pressing force adjustment completely wear-free
- Pressing force for vertical pressure beam: min. 300 daN (kg) up to a stepless max. of 2200 daN (kg)
- Pressing and adjustment speed of the pressure beams with fine positioning, selectable via 3-stage rotary switch: 5 / 10 / 25 mm/second
- Jog mode for precise positioning of the pressure beam, e.g. for low pressing forces such as drawers, etc.
- Simple operation via two separate push buttons; two motion sequences (Open/Close) can be selected on the control unit
- Freely adjustable pressing time pre-selection 0–30 min (switchable to seconds or hours), with individually programmable opening dimensions for both pressure beams
- Re-press function to increase or decrease pressing force during the pressing process
