This floor-standing machine is designed for mixing a large number of dry products. Intensive and homogeneous mixing is achieved due to the planetary movement of the mixing tool.

The system consists of a stainless steel container – material 316L mirror polished, Ra < 0.8 µm – and a stainless steel housing that accommodates the container lid with integrated mixing assemblies and drives.

The mixing container has a capacity of approx. 90 litres – usable volume approx. 30 to 60 litres – and is placed and fixed onto two arms. The product to be mixed is loaded, and the container is then raised hydraulically, allowing the mixing tool to be immersed in the product.

The mixer is equipped with a stainless steel spiral mixing tool (45°), and the speed can be regulated via a gearbox. The mixing speed is adjustable to 48, 82, 135, and 231 rpm. The container is emptied via a central bottom outlet.

Operation and control, including recipe and batch management, is performed via a control panel mounted on a separate stainless steel cabinet. The operating language is English. The system is prepared for use in ATEX-rated (explosion-proof) areas.
