1ST DEBURRING UNIT WITH ABRASIVE BELT

* Rectified and balanced contact roller, diameter 180 mm. Covered with oil and heat-resistant nitrile rubber. Standard roller hardness 55° Shore. Mounted on an eccentric shaft, enabling control of working position and compensation for abrasive belt wear within an 8 mm range. This system is managed by a pneumatic cylinder that allows automatic engagement of the unit in operation and, in case of emergency and/or machine stop, immediate removal of the abrasive belt from the working point. Suitable for both abrasive belts and/or Scotch Brite.
* Pneumatic on/off switch.
* Roller "grain" travel adjustment, 10 mm lift.
