QUICKER high-speed bevelling machine using the rotary shear method for chamfering.
These QUICKER machines operate according to the rotary shear technique. In this process, a long chip is sheared off the edge of the sheet by a slowly rotating cutting wheel. This allows processing speeds of up to 3.1 m/min (up to 5 times faster than conventional methods).

Efficiency is further increased due to the low wear of tools. This method is among the most efficient ways to prepare weld seams, with cost savings of up to 75% compared to traditional procedures.

Fast, compact, handy, and featuring stepless angle adjustment from 15° to 55°, this machine is one of the most popular bevelling machines. The practical scissor lift trolley is adjustable over a wide range for the support height, making it easy to move the machine alongside a stationary steel plate. Of course, the Quicker II can also be operated using a crane.

For creating underside bevels, the machine is rotated 180°. The holes on the upper side match those on the machine feet. Many customers order two of these machines—one for the top bevel and another for the bottom bevel.
