Gemma Group Bolero 5

5-axis CNC machining center for processing aluminum, steel, light metals, and PVC. The Bolero 5 features a robust machine bed. The machining spindle is a 17 kW (S6) electrospindle with HKS 63F taper. The maximum speed is 24,000 rpm, regulated via a frequency inverter. The Bolero 5 is equipped with an automatic tool changer and a 12-position tool magazine. The working area is fitted with 8 motorized clamps with automatic positioning, controlled by the CNC. The X-axis travel range is 7,000 mm (optional extension up to a total of 9,400 mm). Pendulum machining is also available as an option. Operation is via a PC running Windows with a 17" color display.

The machine comes standard with safety and protection devices in accordance with EC directives.
