From simple start-up operations to complex sequence applications—with up to 20 phases and 250 cycles—for optimal speed, accuracy, and operator comfort for every fastening process.

The controller features various interfaces, including an Ethernet port, an RS232 port, and 7 logic inputs as well as 8 logic outputs (24 volts).

With the CVI II controller, you can operate a hand-held electric tool from the ER series or a stationary installed screw spindle from the EM series.

It's important to note that the CVI II can also be combined with an angle screwdriver controlled by a torque transducer, such as the Desoutter ERA40J, which offers a torque range from 8 to 40 Nm and a 3/8" output drive.

Storage capacity
Between 2,500 and 8,500 screwdriving results per station, depending on the number of cycles and mode of operation (asynchronous or synchronous).
