Hydraulic frame press for stamping sheet metal with a force of 630 tons, designed for cold forming.
The vertical frame press is a welded construction consisting of a bed and an upper platen connected by bolts. Next to the press, a control cabinet is installed, and deep within the foundation, there is an oil overflow tank that facilitates filling the press system with oil. The press units are removable, which makes installation and maintenance easier.
The press is operated via a push button. The slide stroke length is set by adjusting the position of the end stop.
