Linear guideways, thrust bearings, ballscrew and locking nut on the Z1 axis replaced
Linear guideways, thrust bearings, ballscrew and locking nut on the X2 axis replaced
Linear guideways, thrust bearings, ballscrew and locking nut on the Z2 axis replaced.
All sliding sheet wipers replaced. Safety glass on the work area door replaced.
All feed timing belts as well as the timing belt for the sub-spindle drive replaced
Tool drive 1 dismantled, disassembled, cleaned and fitted with new bearings.
Main spindle fan filter mat replaced, coolant valves on turret 1 and 2 replaced.
Main and counter spindles: chucks dismantled and cleaned.
Machine geometry and work area remeasured and adjusted.
Hydraulic filter cartridges replaced. Pneumatic filters replaced.
Technical data as per attachment.
