The Gleason-Welter 2000 T bevel gear testing machine was designed as a universal machine and is used by manufacturers of gears and transmission technology for single flank rolling tests on bevel and crown gears.

Special Features:
Bevel-hypoid testing device, suitable for testing larger sizes of bevel and hypoid gears with a diameter of up to 2,000 mm and shaft angles from 0 to 360 degrees, as well as spur, helical, and internal gears.
Deviations in gear geometry, machining errors due to defective tools, as well as gear tooth damage, can be detected and corrected even before assembly.
The following parameters can be measured:
- Single flank rolling deviation Fi', fi', fl', fk'
- Pitch errors Fp, fp, fu
- Runout and roundness
- Runout error Fr
- Backlash
- FFT analysis
