Basket loading and unloading is performed by the operator using a feeder cart positioned in front of the system (detachable / mobile).

Rinse tank: volume: 280 liters, spray pressure: 4.0 bar

Control system: Siemens S7-1200 with KTP700 touch panel

Including the following features:
+ Manual intervention – additional manual cleaning by means of high pressure (up to 60 bar, infinitely variable; incl. foot switch / compressed air blow-off gun / LED chamber lighting)
+ Automatic water refill for both tanks
+ Automatic chemical dosing 1-10% (Dosatron)
+ Special spray system (can be activated as required) for small parts (= E-spray system)
+ Steam extraction including condensate return
+ Weekly timer for the electric heating
+ Pre-installed for retrofitting an oil separator
+ Medium filtration via bag filter (manufacturer Eaton, Topline) in both circuits (washing and rinsing)
+ Outer cladding with stainless steel sheet metal
+ Complete unit fully insulated
+ Tanks separated into two modules; fully insulated (different temperatures possible)
+ Vacuum suction gun for manual suctioning of parts with trapped liquid geometries
+ Removable filter baskets in the return
+ Stainless steel circulation pumps incl. mechanical seal and soft starter

System is on display at the Glogar Technology Center and used exclusively for washing trials.
