Max. Grinding Wheel Diameter: Ø 750 mm. Turret grinding head with up to 4 spindles.

Applications: External cylindrical, face, taper, thread, profile grinding; ID grinding combination possible.

BSE Series — Universal External Cylindrical Grinder for Large/Long Workpieces

Centre Distance: 1500 / 3000 / 4000 mm.
Centre Height: 315 / 400 mm.
Max. Workpiece Weight: up to 2500 kg.
Max. Grinding Wheel Diameter: Ø 900 mm. Turret grinding head with up to 4 spindles.
Optional Axes/Functions: C / B / U / Q (including swivelling workpiece clamping, swivelling chuck). Control: PLC (NC) / CNC.
Applications: Ideal for single clamping of complex external machining with high geometric accuracy.

Core Technology (both series)

Machine Bed: Ribbed, naturally aged cast iron; flat/V-ways, hand-scraped, anti-friction coating. Ball screws on X/Z axes, AC servos, linear scales.
Grinding Head: Left/right/fixed angle; turret up to 4 spindles; automatic dynamic balancing from Ø 250 mm.
Tailstock: Hydraulic opening, adjustable pressure, taper error compensation. W-axis optional.
Internal Grinding (optional): Belt or HF spindles, direct drive, water cooling.
