Operating principle:
The material is fed onto the acceleration belt as evenly as possible, in a dry, thin, preferably single layer, across the entire width.
The sorting roller with spikes removes the mixed paper from the chute; in this process, cardboard is impaled and retained by the spikes. Materials (paper) with low stiffness (newspapers, magazines, brochures, etc.) are not retained by the spikes and fall into a paper bunker or onto a discharge belt after the chute. The impaled cardboard is stripped off the sorting roller by the knock-off shaft and then drops onto the cardboard discharge belt or into a separate bunker.

Throughput capacity:
Depending on pre-sorting, the nature of the feed material, and machine settings, each system can process between 10 and 12 tonnes per hour.

2 x paper discharge belts including geared motor (The cardboard discharge belt is not for sale and is therefore not included in the scope of delivery!)
Two lines are available for sale. Depending on customer requirements, either a single unit or both units together can be sold. The sales price always refers to one unit.

The systems are expected to be dismantled by the end of October and will then be ready for loading. Complete documentation is available (operating manual, CE declaration, electrical/hydraulic circuit diagram). Inspection is possible by appointment.
