Sale of Container Conveyor System with Pick By Light System.

The conveyor system is made up of several sections and loops through which containers are transported.

2016: Reconstruction of Loop 3 (complete renewal of conveyor system, rollers, and controls) by Förster & Krause
2020: Complete renewal of the Pick By Light system by KBS
2021: Reconstruction of Loop 2 (complete renewal of conveyor system, rollers, and controls) by Förster & Krause

Loop 1 (Section 1 Conveyor System)
- Main loop
- 2 stations for the adjacent ground storage area for storing full pallets
- 1 line for containers designated as nonconforming after inspection
- A total of 20 empty containers in circulation simultaneously

Loop 2 (Section 2 Conveyor System)
- 3 stations for flow racks
- 15 empty containers in circulation simultaneously
- Approximate dimensions: 4m x 38m

Loop 3 (Section 3 Conveyor System)
- 2 stations for flow racks
- 15 empty containers in circulation simultaneously
- Approximate dimensions: 4m x 35m

Followed by 12 packing stations where the containers can be processed.
From there, packed goods are placed in cartons and sent down 4 shipping lines.

Terms of Sale:

§1 Subject of Contract
As described above, a container conveyor system and Pick By Light system are offered for sale.
The buyer is aware that this is a used system.

§2 Purchase Price
The purchase price is negotiable. VAT will be stated separately.

§3 Collection
The buyer is responsible for dismantling and collecting the system at their own cost and risk at the seller’s location.
The dismantling date must be agreed between the parties at least in text form. The date must be chosen so that the seller’s general business operations are not disrupted.
The seller grants the buyer access to the premises to dismantle the system, provided all safety and access regulations of the seller are complied with by the buyer.
Risk of accidental loss transfers to the buyer upon handover at the site. Handover occurs at the latest when the buyer starts dismantling the system independently.

§4 Warranty and Liability
The buyer purchases the system as seen.
The seller excludes any warranty or liability regardless of the legal nature of the asserted claim, unless a guarantee of condition has been assumed or a defect has been fraudulently concealed.
This exclusion does not apply to claims for damages—regardless of legal grounds—if the seller, their legal representatives, or agents have acted with gross negligence or intent, or for mandatory strict liability imposed by law (e.g., under product liability law).

§5 Retention of Title
Title to the contract items remains with the seller until full payment of the purchase price.
