Hacona SD-420 Industrial Impulse Sealer, orange, with double sealing bar (TWIN SEAL), equipped with 2 timers and a safety blade.

This sealing device, with a sealing length of 420mm, is ideal for quickly and easily making or closing bags using an impulse sealer. The SID-Type features two parallel 5mm wide sealing wires. One of these can be switched off separately using a selector switch. The blade cuts between the two seal lines. Both sealing time and cooling time are infinitely adjustable. You can effortlessly seal Polyethylene, Polypropylene, PVC, and Polyamide films. Laminates such as PE with paper or PE with aluminium foils can also be easily processed with the SID-type.

Sealing and cooling time can be set independently / Sealing and cooling temperature is electronically controlled.
On the side of the machine, there are two controls that electronically regulate the sealing and cooling time for optimal results. Additionally, a tensioning system keeps the sealing wire taut.
