Hartford HCMC 1682 – Heidenhain TNC640, used – Year of manufacture: 2021 – Low operating hours!

Hartford vertical CNC machining center equipped with Heidenhain TNC640 control, large dimensioned precision box guideways in X, Y, and Z axes, traversing clamping table, and a powerful main spindle with SK50 tool holder. Features include a closed-loop spindle cooling system and an automatic two-stage gearbox, n = 10–6,000 rpm, Pmax = 38 kW, Mmax = 979 Nm, 32-position tool magazine with quick-change arm, ergonomically designed work area enclosure with electronically monitored front sliding doors with viewing windows, and tool magazine access for loading/unloading both from the front and the rear.

Coolant emulsion:
Externally mounted nozzles at the spindle nose for coolant supply. Coolant returns to the tank via both transverse and longitudinal conveyors and is pumped through the nozzles upon demand (via M-function or control panel switch). The coolant tank includes mechanical sieves for coolant filtration.
Optional:
For through-spindle coolant supply (TSC/IKZ), a high-pressure pump with single filter system is provided. Once TSC is activated, coolant is pumped from the tank through the high-pressure pump and filter system.

The machine was only used for a single contract. Since this order is no longer active, the machine is no longer needed. This is a very robust machine with high spindle performance—ideal for heavy-duty machining.
