Decoiler construction and function:
The decoiler consists of a solid structure made of welded and precision-machined components. The expansion mandrel can unreel to either the left or right. Expansion is performed hydraulically via control elements on the operator panel. The decoiler is equipped with a three-phase motor which allows the mandrel to be wound and unwound during setup mode. In automatic operation, take-off can be performed either via preset pressure or via continuous loop control.

Control description:
The decoiler is driven by a frequency-controlled three-phase motor. Loop control between the decoiler and subsequent machine is contact-free via an ultrasonic sensor. Thanks to analog regulation, smooth and continuous operation of the decoiler is ensured. All system functions can be operated in both setup and automatic modes.
