The Hebrock F 2

The 3.3 m long F 2 is not only affordable and space-saving. It also features the equipment you need to process perfect edges from the very beginning: diamond-tipped jointing cutters ensure excellently prepared workpieces for edge banding. The equipment includes a jointing unit (up to 2 mm cutting depth), a top-mounted quick-heating glue pot, a trimming saw, and a combination milling unit. Optionally, the F 2 can also be equipped with a surface scraper.

With PLC control (including touchscreen) and application of hot-melt adhesive to the workpiece for edge material up to 3 mm; jointing cutter (including diamond tool) up to 2 mm cutting depth, maintenance-free glue pot with quick-change basin setup including glue discharge device, high-frequency trimming saw station (approx. 12,000 rpm), high-frequency milling station (approx. 12,000 rpm) with separate pneumatic milling adjustment and indexable insert cutter (combination design), robust chain feed, ball-bearing double roller top pressure, viewing window from the rear of the machine, extendable workpiece support, feed rate approx. 10 m/min.
