This Heidelberg SM 52-5-P is a robust and versatile offset printing press from 2003. Designed for the production of high-quality prints, it features a sheet size of 370 x 520 mm and has already achieved an impressive 50 million impressions, demonstrating its reliability and durability. The machine is currently in operation at a print shop in Germany and offers a range of advanced features to optimize the printing process.

Key features include the CP 2000 Center for precise control, Alcolor dampening system for consistent ink-water balance, and a Technotrans cooling and recirculation unit to maintain optimal operating temperatures. The press is also equipped with an Autoplate system for efficient plate changes, as well as comprehensive wash-up devices for blankets, rollers, and impression cylinders, ensuring clean and consistent print quality.

Additionally, the machine comes with a numbering and perforating unit, equipped with two cams, wheels, and multiple counters, providing flexibility for a wide range of post-press finishing tasks. Its perfecting capability (2/3 – 5/0) allows for both single-sided and perfecting (double-sided) printing, making it a versatile choice for various printing requirements.
