Henkel UVALOC 400 Loctite 97039 Curing Chamber
The UVALOC 400 curing chamber (LOCTITE 97039) is a surface exposure curing system designed for the curing of light-activated adhesives using UVA radiation and visible light. It is suitable for manual curing of individual parts during production processes as well as for use in laboratories.
The device integrates:
- a control unit with integrated main switch and hour meter
- lamp housing with bulb
- reflector
- ignition unit.
Included in UV-protective box
Features:
- Equipped with a 400 W metal-halide lamp
- Optimized for light output in the UVA range
- Typical curing area: 10 x 19 cm
- Expected UV lamp lifetime: up to 1000 hours
- Power supply can be detached and operated separately from the lamp module
- Adjustable lamp height for optimal irradiation
- With glass filter to prevent short-wave UVB/UVC emission
