Hermle C30U dynamic

Due to the shortage of skilled workers, we have to close our milling production department and are therefore selling:

The machine is equipped with:
- Heidenhain iTNC530 control
- Spindle speed: 18,000 rpm

- Additional tool magazine with 43 positions, plus internal tool magazine with 32 positions
- Blum laser tool measurement and tool breakage control
- Heidenhain 3D probe
- Knoll scraper conveyor with belt filter system
- Exhaust filter with stand
- Internal coolant supply
- Air blow-off device
- Chip flushing gun
- Zero-point clamping system
- Kraft & Bauer fire extinguishing system (decommissioned)

Due to the closure of the department, the sale also includes extensive accessories, including:
- Zero-point clamping system
- Clamping tower (pyramid) for multi-sided machining of multiple parts
- Various vices and spare parts for vice maintenance
- Large assortment of HSK-63 tool holders
- Various milling tools
- Tool cabinets and holders for tool holders
- Current license for Esprit CAD/CAM system including 5-axis simultaneous milling, on HP laptop 17.4" (can be used on any other PC via dongle).

We hardly need to say anything about the quality, performance and accuracy of Hermle machining centers.

The machine has processed almost exclusively aluminium and stainless steel, never cast or brass. The machine has less than 18,000 spindle hours, so has been used regularly but never heavily, always in single-shift operation and thus never near its load limits. We know the first owner from whom we took it over directly, including an employee, and for whom we continued to manufacture – so the entire history is fully documented.

The Hermle shows normal, age-appropriate signs of use but is in excellent technical and functional condition. Latest accuracy check by Hermle in 02/2025 in the my-range; protocol available on request.
The machine is still connected to power and can be inspected and tested before purchase.

Sale only to commercial customers or for export, under exclusion of liability for material defects and warranty. No returns.

The machine will be emptied, cleaned, and disconnected from the power supply, and handed over for collection at its current location. We are happy to assist with loading.
