Clamping, cutting, and face grinding with a single operation
The machine features two grinding spindles operating in parallel – one for separating (cutting off) and one for precision face grinding to the final dimension.
The desired workpiece length is set with 0.01 mm accuracy using the scale.

Opening the prismatic clamp: move the center lever to the right and insert the workpiece
Closing the prismatic clamp: lever to the left
Cutting operation: lift the left lever upwards
Finish grinding: press the left lever downwards
Open the prismatic clamp: move the lever to the center and right – remove finished workpiece.

The grinding wheel can be adjusted and dressed at any time while maintaining the set measurement.

Equipped with motor protection, cover switch, and restart safeguard.

Without clamping hand:
The machine is supplied with two stop rulers (300 & 600 mm):
max. finished workpiece length: 300 mm or 600 mm
min. finished workpiece length: 54 mm

With clamping hand attachment:
