Control system functionality:

The linear encoder continuously transmits the ram position to the control system. The travel path, the upper stop point, and the switch-over point—where the press transitions from rapid traverse to working speed—as well as the required end position, can all be entered quickly and easily via the monitor control.

The working speed can be adjusted in 1 mm increments from 0 to 10 mm/sec and in 10 mm increments from 10 to 155 mm/sec.

The control system monitors all protected areas, the complete hydraulics, and the pump, and is housed in a separate control cabinet.

Machine operation is performed via a control panel mounted on a swing arm, which reduces walking distances.
