Control functionality:
The linear scale continually communicates the position of the ram and ejectors to the controller. Travel path, upper limit, and switching position where the press changes from idle stroke to working speed, as well as the target end position, can be set easily and quickly via the monitor control.
The working speed can be regulated in 1 mm/s increments from 0 to 10 and in 10 mm/s increments from 10 to 300 mm.
The machine includes a pressure monitoring system that either raises the ram when the set pressure is reached, or holds pressure constant for the set time (within 5% tolerance) before opening.
The controller monitors secured areas, the entire hydraulics, the pumps, and temperature. Additionally, it synchronizes the main cylinders and compensates for uneven loads.
The control is housed in a separate cabinet. Actual press operation occurs via a control panel mounted on a swing arm, reducing operator travel distances.
Additional equipment:
- 8 mm polycarbonate glazing inside rear door
- 8 mm polycarbonate glazing in the side doors and working area
- Liquid channel (25 mm radius) at front, rear, and sides of the table
