The heating plates measure 550 x 500 mm, are electrically heated up to 200 degrees and thermally insulated from the machine frame. The plates feature 12 mm T-slots according to DIN 650, the slot configuration can be customized per customer requirements.
Each plate is equipped with 2 temperature sensors to ensure heating precision within the 500 x 450 mm area, within ±3 degrees.
Press force is adjustable in 10 steps via rotary selector.
Return speed is 50 mm/sec.

Two-hand control is mounted on the machine body and is rotatable and swiveling.
Internal workspace illumination.
Heating time can be freely set. Heating power approx. 12 kW.
Target temperature can be freely set.
Upper and lower heating plates can be set independently.
At the end of the heating period, a signal sounds and the press opens (if desired).
