Functionality of the spotting press:

Control operation modes:
The control offers the modes "Manual" and "Semi-Automatic".

In manual mode (joystick operation), you can:

- hydraulically extend and retract the table at max. 30 mm/sec
- hydraulically tilt the table at max. 25 mm/sec to the set degree

- lower the ram plate hydraulically and fold it down by 90° up to 180°
- operate the machine in pressureless mode
- set the pressure via the monitor
- adjust the speed from 1 to 10 mm/sec
- actuate an additional hydraulic cylinder (core pull, etc.) located on the tool

In semi-automatic mode, you can:

- move the ram at up to 10 mm/sec in idle travel
- run a program previously entered on the monitor.

Idle travel at 10 mm/sec
Pressing speed from 850 mm only 10 mm/sec
Pressure holding time after reaching set pressure or BDC 1 second

Joystick function:
The lever can be pulled (downward movement) or pushed (upward movement). The stronger the pull or push, the faster the machine operates. 1 to 10 mm/sec in downward mode and 1 to 25 mm/sec in upward mode are possible.

Monitor view:

The large touchscreen monitor displays the ram position, set pressure, and current speed at any time.

In semi-automatic mode, all cycle values are visible. They can be saved or reloaded.

The control panel consists of the two-hand operation, the joystick, the emergency stop, and the selector switch between:

- Extend/retract table (two-hand operation is enabled)
- Tilt/lower table (two-hand operation is enabled)
- Raise/lower ram (joystick is enabled)
- Lower/raise ram plate (two-hand operation is enabled)
