Vibration damping plates:

The machine is mounted on 4 specially made damping plates, each measuring 450x450x85 mm.

Oil tank with oil cooling:

The tank has a capacity of 1500 liters. The oil is cooled by a dedicated pump, which engages at 40 degrees Celsius.

Oil filtration system:

In addition to the main and cooling pumps, the press features an independent filtration circuit. This pump operates continuously but only requires 1.5 kW.

Energy-saving function:

If the main pump is not needed for a preset period, it switches to energy-saving mode, requiring only about 2 kW/h. It returns to full performance immediately when pressure is required.

Safety technology:

Safety technology is supplied by Pilz. The light curtains are also from Pilz.

Control cabinet:

Bolts:

Oil tray:

Roller loading bridges:

2 removable loading bridges with rollers, each 1500 mm long, with supports fitted with large, robust heavy-duty rollers.

Parallelism monitoring:

Both cylinders are monitored using Balluff displacement measurement systems and Sick wire-draw encoders. Parallelism monitoring activates with the start of the pressing process, with adjustable accuracy in the control system. The function is deactivated during idle runs. The position on the left and right sides of the ram is measured using two SICK wire-draw encoders. The control system then opens or closes the oil flow to the cylinders via special fast-response valves. Required parallelism accuracy will be under 1 mm across the entire width.
