The MV-800E/NC-SINCRO press has been specifically designed for the setting and testing of molds, dies, and punches.

The four columns, each 250 mm in diameter, are made from C45E steel and built to withstand heavy-duty applications.

It features an optimized hydraulic system with up to 250 bar pressure, designed for long service life and reliability.

The machine complies with all essential safety and health requirements as per CE regulations.

STRUCTURE AND TABLE
• A structure that withstands 600 t of concentrated force applied to 1/3 of its surface.
• Lower table with T-slots.
• Upper table with T-slots.
• Usable table area: 3,000 x 2,000 mm.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
• Two double-acting hydraulic cylinders, each with 400 t capacity.
• Single-stage hydraulic power unit with automatic cutoff for the fast approach speed, independent operation, equipped with a decompression system and proportional pressure prefill valves. Equipped with digital potentiometers on the upper table for movement control and an electronic synchronization system for balancing off-center or uneven forces.
• The press is fitted with a lateral pressure switch for optimal pressure adjustment to suit the specific job.
• Glycerine manometer with tonnage display.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• Electrical system for operation with 1 or 2 speeds of the main cylinder stroke.
• The press includes both manual and automatic cycles (activated via selector switch):
– The manual cycle allows for step-by-step control of all press movements at slow speed.
– The automatic cycle enables the press to run a full production cycle.
• Electrical safety system for the anti-drop device of the upper table.
• Lower table with hydraulic ejection and physical stops.
• The machine is equipped with an operator panel with touchscreen display for entering operating and calibration data.
• Two 1,000 mm optical safety barriers (Category IV) installed at the front and rear.
• Electrical components from Siemens, manufactured to relevant CE compliance and IP55 protection standard.
• Electrical and hydraulic functions are redundant and self-monitored. Includes an additional safety block and self-check devices for operation and safety. Verification and certification of proper function and safety distance for light barriers is included.
• Safety is ensured by a laser and area protection with Category IV safety light curtains.
