We have developed motorized screw pumps of the CR/SERVO series with low consumption and energy savings of 60%. These have been specially designed for high performance operations in the fields of stamping, embossing, and punching.
The latest generation CR-SERVO presses have evolved with numerous possible applications, such as integration into automated production lines.

STRUCTURE:
The steel frames of this series are made from an electrically welded construction, exclusively using S355JR-grade steel. The structures are stabilized after the welding process and machined to ensure perfect parallelism and precision. Design and calculation are carried out using finite element analysis software, guaranteeing our high standards for precision and quality.
Both the upper and lower bolster/ram plates are made from C45E steel and are fitted with T-slots according to DIN 650. The upper plate ensures perfect parallelism guided by two lateral columns with a 50 mm diameter and maintenance-free bushings.

HYDRAULICS:
Single-acting main cylinder with guide bushing, chrome-plated piston rod, and maintenance-free wear-resistant guide elements.
For fast approach and fast return, two lateral double-acting cylinders are installed. These enable rapid approach and retraction, are chrome-plated, and fitted with guiding elements.
REXROTH hydraulic unit with servomotor and prefill valves, including a prefill valve for approach and return, a pump with constant output and constant speed via the servomotor system, check valve, pressure relief valve, spindle shut-off valve, and air cooling.

ELECTRICS:
Standard equipment includes a SIEMENS PLC mod. SIMATIC S7 1200 and a swiveling 7ʺ operator panel mod. MPT-700. This allows for programming of output, stroke, and speeds, with a storage capacity of up to 300 programs.
All electrical and hydraulic valves are redundant and automatically controlled. The system includes an additional safety block and automatic control units for valves and safety features. Verification and certification of correct function and safety distance for the light curtains are provided.
Operation is carried out via a low-voltage electric foot switch.

To ensure safety, the front working area features Type 4 PLe electrical safety interlocks, two accessible lateral protective guards with safety valve, and internal LED lighting.
Meets all essential safety and health requirements according to CE standards.
