The hydraulic four-column press MV-250E/NC belongs to the M/NC series and has been specially designed for higher precision and capacity, particularly for deep drawing operations.

Equipped with upper and lower tables made of C45E steel, featuring DIN 650 T-slots to ensure minimal friction during the vertical movement of the upper table. This is made possible by maintenance-free bi-metallic bushings and perfect parallelism guaranteed by four chrome-plated and ground cylindrical columns.

It uses an optimized hydraulic system operating below 290 bar to guarantee long service life and reliable performance.

It fulfills all essential safety and health requirements in accordance with CE regulations.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
• Consists of three electro-welded blocks made exclusively of S355JR steel.
• Stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
• Designed and engineered using finite element analysis software.
• The lower table includes a 50-ton hydraulic cushion with a usable area of 950 x 750 mm and three front supports for tooling outside the press.
• Integrated SIEMENS KTP-400 NC control for adjusting the upper table stroke, speed changes, and cushion control.
• Includes a SIEMENS S-7 PLC, enabling programming for up to 99 memory settings.

CYLINDERS AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
• Single-acting cylinder with lapped sleeve, chrome-plated piston, and wear-resistant guides.
• Entire hydraulic unit installed at the top of the press.
• Hydraulic system includes a low-noise Denison hydraulic pump and an air-oil cooler.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• Features a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 4-inch KTP-400 touchscreen on the control panel. Allows programming of semi-automatic and automatic modes, power, stroke, and dwell time. Offers memory capacity for 99 recipes, with each recipe able to program all listed values.
• The electrical panel is equipped with a selector switch for choosing the operation mode: manual 'setup' or automatic cycle 'production.'
• Machine operation via electric low-voltage foot pedals.
• Equipped with level IV light curtains in the front working area, two fixed lateral safety guards, and a rear guard with a magnetic separation detector for maximum operator safety.
