The MV-600E/NC Four-Post Hydraulic Press belongs to the M/NC series and has been specifically designed for higher precision and capacity, for punching, deep drawing, stamping, and deburring tasks.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
• Consists of three electro-welded blocks made exclusively from S355JR steel.
• Stabilized and machined after welding to guarantee perfect parallelism and precision.
• Calculated and designed using finite element software.
• Equipped with a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 PLC and a 7" HMI KTP-700 touch panel. This enables the programming of power, ram stroke, and speeds, with a storage capacity of 300 memory slots for different work cycles.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
• Double-acting cylinder with honed liner, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free wear-guides.
• Motorized hydraulic unit with two speeds and automatic cut-off for fast speed. High-pressure pump and 10-micron return filter. Includes cylinder decompression valve, directional control valve, and safety valve. A pressure switch mounted at the side allows adjustment of the pressure best suited for each operation.
• Glycerin-filled tonnage gauge.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• The electrical control panel features a selector switch for manual, semi-automatic, or fully automatic operation, as well as another selector for fast or slow speed mode.
• Equipped with PLC to internally manage movement and decompression times.
• Operation is via a low-voltage two-hand control station.
• Electrical and hydraulic controls are redundant and self-monitored, with an additional safety block and self-check devices for maneuvering and safety. Includes verification and certification for correct operation and safety distances for light curtains.
• Safety is ensured by category IV light curtains at the front working area, two fixed side safety guards, and a movable guard with a magnetic interlock at the rear.
• The machine is equipped with an IXON system for online remote diagnostics or reprogramming in case of failure.
• Ladder with upper walkway for maintenance access (scaffold).
