Our SH series horizontal ram hydraulic press is designed with three different force options ranging from 100 to 250 tonnes.
Horizontal hydraulic presses are specifically designed for straightening and bending profiles, bars, and beams.
The machine’s horizontal configuration allows for easy handling of large beams and profiles. The state-of-the-art HS series horizontal hydraulic press has evolved into a highly versatile solution offering the possibility to integrate a wide range of tooling.
It operates at hydraulic pressures below 350 BAR to ensure a longer service life of the entire hydraulic system.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
The SH series horizontal straightening hydraulic presses feature a C-frame, fully welded and made exclusively from S355JR steel. The frame is stabilised and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and precision, designed and calculated using finite element software. This guarantees our high standards of rigidity, accuracy, and quality at all times.
They are equipped with a main anti-rotation pressing cylinder and a rear support table manufactured from high-strength steel, both machined with DIN 650 T-slots. Standard equipment includes support blocks in C45E steel. Also included as standard are two height-adjustable support rollers, one on each side.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT
Double-acting cylinder with honed barrel, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free wear guides. Cylinder actuation is via a manual hydraulic lever valve. It is equipped with a removable block to prevent piston damage. Single-speed motorised hydraulic power unit.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AND SAFETY
The electrical system is equipped with a motor protection switch and emergency stop. Supplied with a glycerine-filled tonne-reading pressure gauge and hydraulic oil. Meets and complies with all essential health and safety requirements in accordance with CE regulations. Supplied with an instruction manual.
