STANDARD DESCRIPTION:
We have developed motorized hydraulic presses with a mobile gantry and adjustable head in the ST series, featuring three different tonnages ranging from 80 to 150 tons.
Specifically designed for straightening welded structures and plates cut by oxy-fuel or laser.

Its design facilitates loading and unloading of large workpieces, plates, or structures.
It allows access to different pressure points without needing to move the workpiece, thanks to the lateral travel of the cylinder and the longitudinal movement of the gantry.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES:
The ST series hydraulic presses feature an electrowelded frame made exclusively from S355JR steel. The frame is stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and accuracy. All frames are calculated and designed using finite element analysis software. This ensures our consistently high standards for precision and quality.
The gantry provides longitudinal displacement.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT:
Double-acting cylinder with a lapped barrel, chromed piston, and low-maintenance, wear-resistant guides. The cylinder is operated by a lever-actuated hydraulic distributor.
It is equipped with a removable bolster to prevent piston damage.
The hydraulic unit is motorized with two speeds, featuring automatic switchover of the approach speed based on hydraulic pressure, and a decompression valve.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY:
The electrical system incorporates a motor protector with an emergency stop. Comes supplied with a glycerin-filled pressure gauge (reading in tons) and hydraulic oil.
Complies with all CE safety and health requirements.
Supplied with an instruction manual.
