The TL-100/10000E hydraulic press belongs to the T/NC series and was specially developed for straightening welded structures and cut plates.
Like all hydraulic presses in this series, its design facilitates the loading and unloading of large workpieces. Thanks to the lateral movement of the cylinder and the longitudinal travel of the bridge, various pressing points can be accessed without moving the workpiece.
The machine meets all essential safety and health standards in accordance with CE regulations.

STRUCTURE AND TABLE
• Electrowelded structure made exclusively from S355JR steel.
• Stabilised and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and accuracy.
• Calculated and designed with finite element software.
• Longitudinal bridge movement is achieved by frequency converter and toothed belt.
• Lateral head movement is motorised.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
• Double-acting cylinder with lapped sleeve, chrome-plated piston and maintenance-free anti-wear guides.
• Fitted with a removable and replaceable pad to prevent piston wear, machined to adapt to tooling.
• Standard cylinder rotation lock and calibrated front end with limit switches for stroke adjustment included.

• Motorised hydraulic unit with two speeds and automatic high-speed shutdown.
