Technical Manufacturer’s Description:

The H600 high-performance shredder, with its flexible application options, can process all types of wood materials (hardwood, softwood, chipboard, MDF materials, plywood, veneer offcuts, etc.) into wood chips suitable for fuel, achieving significant volume reduction, especially with bulky materials. The hydraulically controlled pusher feeds the wood waste to be shredded into the rotor’s cutting area, with automatic, load-dependent control. The high-performance E-rotor, made from solid steel, has a diameter of 252 mm and operates at a rotor speed of 85 to 95 rpm. The concave ground, aggressive, and four-way reversible knives/cutter crowns are set into milled knife pockets on special knife holders. This highly efficient system guarantees, by reducing the cutting gap between counter-blade and rotor, high throughput, low energy consumption, and optimal discharge of shredded material. Chip size (10–60 mm) depends on screen perforation.
