Dimensionally stable and self-supporting machine body constructed as a rigid frame-welded assembly from thick-walled steel profiles, laser-cut steel sheet parts, and machined components
Mounted on the machine body is a torsion-resistant and finely planed cast iron table top
The robust and powerful saw unit, integrated in the machine base, ensures precise cutting results
The entire saw spindle assembly is dynamically balanced; double-guided tilt segments in cast iron, with dual-column guidance for height adjustment and double ball-bearing long circular saw spindle for perfectly smooth operation
The ball-bearing double-roller carriage runs smoothly and maintenance-free. Precise and backlash-free travel along the full length, guided by hardened and ground round steel rails, with remote locking at 50 mm increments
Sturdy yet lightweight cross slide made from steel profiles with a support roller at the outer narrow side; slide width extension extendable up to 250 mm on the broad side
Crosscut fence on the cross slide with mm scale and telescopic extension, extendable up to 3500 mm; comes with 2 robust, backlash-free movable stop flaps and 1 end stop with support for long strips. The crosscut fence can be used as an angular/miter fence on both sides, steplessly adjustable from 0° to 46° with mechanical length compensation; all common miter angles (15°, 22.5°, 30°, 45°) can be quickly set via a locking system
Rip fence with 1030 mm cutting width on the right side of the saw blade, with fine adjustment, easily adjustable and fixable manually, dimension indicated via clearly readable mm scale on an adjustable rule carrier
