TECHNICAL DATA
Vertical panel saw for cutting wood-based panel materials such as chipboard, MDF panels, veneered panels, multiplex, etc.
Base Machine:
Fully welded frame delivering extremely high rigidity. Precision guidance of the saw beam / saw unit ensures accurate cuts. Manual feed for vertical and horizontal cuts. Maximum cutting depth: 60 mm.
Saw Beam:
Stable saw beam guided on precision bearings. Pneumatic locking at top and bottom. Vertical cuts are electronically monitored.
Saw Unit:
Smooth, ergonomic operation for the insertion and removal of the saw unit. The plunge lever can be folded down in the upper position for precise plunging. Generously dimensioned handles for easy pivoting. The housing cover opens the entire saw unit for easy tool change, including ProLock quick-release chuck.
Cutting Line View:
Riving knife can be retracted.
Control Panel:
Efficient machine operation. Ergonomically placed at eye level.
Lower Workpiece Support:
Sturdy, wear-free stainless steel support.
Support up to the cutting line:
Narrow workpieces cannot tip or fall through.
Dust Extraction:
Effective extraction with two connection ports: Saw unit Ø 120 mm, base frame end Ø 100 mm (TRK version).
Lift Roller Transport System:
Manually raiseable and lowerable rollers for easy, gentle panel transport.
Measuring Tape:
For dimension display during horizontal cutting with three manual measure indicators: absolute measurement from the lower and middle workpiece supports; serial cuts from the panel top edge.
