HOLZ-HER Edge Banding Machine ACCURA 1558 performance with BELT BRIDGE and intelligent equipment package for edge thicknesses up to 15mm.

Easy program changes and tool adjustments via the 18.5” touch color display (16:9).

Short glue system heat-up times with GlueJet (GJ 301 automatic) of approx. 2 to 3 minutes, depending on glue type and ambient temperature.
Always fresh adhesive thanks to the GlueJet gluing system and adhesive cartridges.
Changing to PUR adhesive and cleaning the system is extremely simple and completed within a few minutes.

Axis adjustment via premium, repeatable servo motors.
Special configuration for materials with protective film, such as high-gloss and super-matte surfaces!

A particular highlight of this machine is the multifunction package, which is especially beneficial for companies handling a wide variety of edge materials. The DIA tools are multi-stage and can switch between radii and chamfers depending on requirements – from the longitudinal milling unit through corner copying right up to profile scraping knives.
The extendable workpiece support and the extended infeed section with air cushion table assist with large workpieces.
A guidance system helps feed small workpieces into the machine.
