Made from 19mm Forescolour, consisting of router table (X-axis), gantry (Y-axis), Z-axis unit in compact panel and base frame, with adjustable machine feet.

Milling bed as sacrificial plate in 19mm MDF.

Table cut-outs, prepared longitudinally and transversely.

Mechanical set consisting of profile rails incl. linear bearing carriages, ball screw and precision rack.

All components assembled, pre-lubricated, incl. test run, immediately operational.

Control set consisting of control cables, energy chains, planetary gears, stepper motors, high performance drivers, power supply unit and toroidal transformer, all pre-installed in the control cabinet, as well as sensors for each axis.

Switching relay for automatic control of the existing extraction system.

Brush seals as dust protection, as well as CE-compliant safety features through a travelling extraction device and a laser scanner mounted on one side for work area monitoring, with 275° and 5.5m field coverage. (Machine to be positioned in a corner of the room)

Handheld control unit with all necessary functions for machine operation, incl. emergency stop button and dead-man switch.

High frequency spindle with 2.2 kW, incl. locking nut, frequency inverter, line filter, braking resistor, as well as collet set.

Monitor as built-in display, incl. mini PC with Windows 11, with Beamicon2 control software, as well as mouse and keyboard, pre-installed in an ergonomic console.

CAD license Rhino 8.0 and CAM license Estlcam V12, as well as all necessary documentation will be sent by email prior to delivery.

Incl. milling bed constructed as vacuum table consisting of four individually controllable segments. Cross table made of PE with a cover panel made of MDF. Vacuum pump by Becker, with a capacity of 100 m³/h, oil-lubricated. For the power connection, the vacuum pump requires a plug with 16 amp, 400 V three-phase current. Customer must provide HDF 3mm, raw on both sides, for the entire vacuum table (2500x1300mm), to be used as sacrificial plate. (Recommended application: processing of coated wood-based panels)
