Horizon AFC-544 AKT

The Horizon AFC-544 AKT is a versatile cross-folding unit currently in use at a print shop in Germany. Designed for sheet sizes up to 540 x 760 mm (minimum 120 x 172 mm), it combines efficiency and flexibility for a wide range of folding applications. The machine is equipped with four folding pockets with knife in the first folding station and two folding pockets in the second station, supported by a fully automatic knife for precise folding operations.

Featuring 'Touch & Work' technology, it offers intuitive operation and includes 17 pre-programmed standard fold types as well as memory for 200 repeat jobs. It handles paper weights from 40 to 250 gsm and achieves a maximum speed of 40,000 cycles per hour.
