Used Hosokawa Alpine AFG 400 air classifier mill for the ultrafine grinding of various products with precise top cut control. This mill enables grinding of materials within the lower chamber of the machine. Using different nozzles, compressed air reduces the particle size to the desired level. The upper section is equipped with air classifiers to ensure sharp top cut of the final product. This guarantees a narrow particle size distribution (PSD). Various settings allow for on-the-fly fineness adjustment.
This equipment is capable of processing many different product types for multiple industries, such as minerals, chemicals, and more.
