Compaction Head
Two H-frames made of cast stainless steel, connected via spacer bolts. Two lateral swing arms that can be folded down for quick and easy roller changes. The swing arms are secured with two tie rods that also absorb the compaction roller forces. A chamber insert guides the product flow, and two key pieces seal the rollers.

Pre-compaction Unit
The pre-compaction unit is mounted on a support column and can be lifted and swiveled to the side. The feed hopper (with 2 braking strips) is equipped with a cylindrical/conical pre-compactor screw. A limit switch deactivates the compaction rollers and screw when the pre-compaction unit is lifted.
